The Awards ceremony for the British Market of the Year Awards 2015 competition took place at the Council House,
Birmingham during Nabma’s one-day conference – ‘Mission For Markets’.
Awards were presented by Jeremy Bradin, of sponsors KPR Midlink; Cllr Mick Barker, the Nabma President and former Coronation Street star Sean Wilson.
Sean Wilson, better known as Corrie star Martin Platt, was the celebrity guest at the awards. He is well known for his interest in food and his cheese production and culinary skills. After leaving the cobbled streets he started the very successful ‘Saddleworth Cheese Company’. ‘The Mission for Markets’ conference was a huge success and was in fact a sell-out. The marketing community joined together for the one-day event to listen to key speakers and also to congratulate the winning markets on their awards.
